Distilled with pride and honour by Marcel, the Master Distiller, it has been matured in four special Quarter Casks, each infused with a rich sherry history. The casks previously held Amontillado, Moscatel, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez sherry, each adding its own subtle layers to the whisky.
This version, aged in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, offers aromas of raisins and biscuits on the nose, with a beautiful mouthfeel of raisins, spicy notes, and dried fruit. The aftertaste features dried fruit and bay leaf.
