This beautiful BUS single cask is distilled from sustainable brewing barley from our own farm. Over three years aged on first fill bourbon with warm and comfortable aromas of grain, malt, hay and caramel fill the nose. The palate has notes of caramel, vanilla, young oak and licorice. Sweet orange and dried fruit flavors slowly develop along with delicate licorice, sweet figs and chocolate.

This unique single cask tawny port aged whiskey has a nose of dried fruit, chestnut, oak, chocolate and a touch of cinnamon and white pepper. Red fruit and dark chocolate are complemented by raisins and some vanilla. A dry finish with spice, some chocolate and oak with a hint of black cherry.

A one-time unique release at BUS Whisky! One that is truly special because this Single Grain Whisky is made from 100% spelt. Grown on our own fields. An experiment from four years ago - when Singe Grain Whisky was still unknown to us - with a wonderful result. This is a one-off edition, as we have no more barrels of this. A distillery edition, so not for sale in stores.
