BUS Whisky offers special whisky deals including a tour of the whisky distillery, a culinary dinner, an overnight stay in our B&B and breakfast. Parking is free and right at the door! There's plenty to do in the area, with walking and cycling opportunities in the Maashorst nature reserve, and possibilities to visit various museums, Alpaca Farm Vorstenbosch, the Kilsdonk watermill, the beer brewers at the Abbey of Berne and Heeswijk Castle. The city centre of 's-Hertogenbosch (15km) is also well worth a visit for a stroll, a museum trip or a boat tour on the Binnendieze, right underneath this medieval city. This way, you can easily put together your own perfect weekend away!

Yes, bike hire is possible. You can hire bikes through our regular partner Mastworp fietsenverhuur. They deliver the bikes to Bus Whisky and pick them up again afterwards.
Bus Whisky is located in Brabant, close to Oss, Uden, Den Bosch and Veghel. During your stay there's plenty of opportunity to explore the surroundings. You can walk straight into the woods opposite Bus. Visit the Maashorst nature reserve for a lovely walking or cycling route, or discover sights such as the Kilsdonk watermill, Heeswijk Castle, the Alpaca Farm, Berne Abbey brewery, or spend a day shopping at Van Tilburg mode, the largest fashion store in the Netherlands (8km). And how about a day out in medieval 's-Hertogenbosch (15 km), visiting one of the many museums or taking a boat trip on the Binnendieze?
Dogs are very welcome on our outdoor grounds and terrace, but unfortunately cannot join the tour.
This is because we're not permitted to allow pets in areas where food is handled or stored. Pets are only permitted in the seating area of a restaurant if no food is prepared or stored there. Unfortunately, pets are legally not allowed in a restaurant with an open kitchen, as is the case at Bus Whisky. Pets are also not permitted in our B&B rooms.
Dogs are, of course, very welcome on our covered and heated terrace.
Assistance dogs are legally permitted in restaurants with an open kitchen. Together we do need to make sure the assistance dog can't get too close to the food and drinks.
Our restaurant, the B&B rooms and most public areas are all on the ground floor and easily wheelchair accessible. Behind the bar you'll find a special accessible toilet (with shower), fully compliant with the guidelines. The tour route is also fully wheelchair accessible, so you can enjoy the tour just as well in a wheelchair.
For overnight stays, we have four slightly larger rooms on the ground floor, which are well suited to a wheelchair in terms of size and layout. But to be honest, the bathrooms in these rooms are relatively small and not specifically designed for accessibility, so they're not fully wheelchair accessible. We don't (yet) have a dedicated accessible room. However, you're welcome to use the adapted shower at the accessible toilet in the restaurant if needed, should the shower in your room not be suitable enough.
If you use a wheelchair, feel free to call or email us before booking — we'll go through your stay together, so you know exactly what to expect.
The next day you'll enjoy breakfast with fresh rolls, a boiled egg, unlimited coffee, tea, juice and organic farm dairy, along with, of course, BUS Whisky's own beer-spent-grain granola!

Not really. Research has shown that excessive smoking and drinking by parents leads to the same behaviour in children. It's therefore advised to avoid the use of alcohol and tobacco products as much as possible in the presence of children.
Set a good example yourself. BUS Whisky advises against children taking part in our tours, although we realise this can sometimes be difficult depending on the family situation. That's why we have special colouring pages for children about distilling. These focus on the technique of distilling, the biology of yeast and the unhealthiness of alcohol. While parents take part in the tour, children can entertain themselves with this colouring page. This way, we try to give proper meaning to the NIX18 agreement, so that together we can prevent young people under 18 from smoking and drinking. There are also no play facilities for children. And there is open water in various places on the grounds, so the site is generally less suitable for young children.

No, these are our standard rates, all year round. The only difference is the day you arrive, not a limited-time promotion.
You can arrive on Friday or Saturday, and on Sunday, Monday or Wednesday. In July and August, it's also possible on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, at the lower rate.
No. Our rooms are always booked together with a package; we don't rent out standalone overnight stays.
We have 28 rooms, all with their own bathroom. Maximum 2 people per room, so a maximum of 56 guests can stay overnight.
Yes, then you book the single room package: 3 courses €149.50 per person on arrival on Sunday, Monday or Wednesday, and €209.50 on arrival on Friday or Saturday.
Check-in is possible until 3:30pm at the latest. Reception is at 3:00pm and the tour starts at 4:00pm, so arriving later isn't possible.
No. For the main course you can choose between meat, fish or vegan, and the whole menu can be made fully vegan. We also cater for gluten-free and other dietary requirements. Just let us know your preferences or allergies when booking.
