Whether you're taking a weekend trip with your camper, combining a tasting with an overnight stay or simply want to enjoy the atmosphere on our site: at Bus Whisky you experience it all at your own pace. Tips for getting out and about
The Bus campersite is located in Brabant close to Oss, Uden Den Bosch and Veghel. During your stay there are plenty of opportunities to explore the surroundings. Visit the De Maashorst nature reserve for a beautiful walk or bike ride, or discover attractions such as the Kildonk water mill, Heeswijk Castle, the Alpaca farm, Berne Abbey brewery or a day of shopping at Van Tilburg fashion, the largest fashion store in the Netherlands (8km). And what about a day in 's-Hertogenbosch (15 km) with a visit to one of the many museums or a tour on the Binnendieze?

Camping Culinair
Every last weekend of the month on Friday and Saturday and on Easter, Ascension Day and Whitsun, settle down among the greenery and enjoy an evening full of open fire, craft and good whisky. Our chef prepares a 4-course dinner live on the smoker and serves each course with a matching wine or whisky pairing, right at your camper.
You'll spend the night on the distillery grounds and round off the evening by the campfire with a glass of Bus Whisky.

Dinner at your camper, with fire, whisky and winter cosiness
On 19 and 20 December 2026 we have space for a limited number of campers who want to experience a unique winter-whisky-weekend at Bus Whisky. Think: twinkling lights among the whisky casks, the smell of wood fire in the air and a chef who drives his BBQ smoker along the campers to prepare dishes live.
Camping Culinair Christmas edition: a festive 4-course dinner served at or in your own camper, all in a Christmas atmosphere!
Frequently asked questions about our campsite:
You reserve and pay for your campersite in advance online, via the booking module on this page. A fixed spot is not assigned: spot selection is free and first come, first served. When you arrive, you choose a free spot yourself. If you're arriving with multiple campers together, you choose free spots next to each other together.
You are welcome from 13:00 hours. Between 12:00 and 13:00 hours we clear the sites for new guests, and arriving earlier causes cross-traffic with campers that are leaving. This also applies to Camping Culinair.
On the day of departure you must be gone by 12:00 hours. If you want to stay longer, you can extend your stay after booking, as long as there is availability.
You book via our website. The spot is not assigned. We cannot reserve specific spots for you. First come, first served...
No, caravans are not allowed. We are a campersite and not a campground. We cannot/will not/are not able to facilitate caravans.
Yes, bike rental is possible. You can rent bikes from our regular partner Mastworp bike rental. They deliver the bikes to Bus Whisky and pick them up again.
No, you pay for the spot and all people in the camper and any pets are included. A small dome tent - as long as it fits within the boundaries of the campersite - is no problem at all. Just keep in mind that our spots are not super large.
The dog is very welcome on our outdoor site and on the terrace, but unfortunately cannot join the tour.
We are not allowed to admit pets to areas where food is being prepared or stored. Pets may only enter the seating area of a restaurant if food is not being prepared or stored there. Pets are unfortunately not legally permitted in a restaurant with an open kitchen as is the case at Bus Whisky. Pets are also not permitted in our hotel rooms.
Dogs are of course very welcome on our covered and heated terrace.
Assistance dogs are legally permitted in restaurants with an open kitchen. Together we must ensure that the assistance dog cannot get too close to the food and drinks.
No, the WiFi is concentrated around and in the building. There is no WiFi on the campsites.
There are no play facilities for children. And there is open water in several places on the grounds, so the site is anyway less suitable for small children.
BUS Whisky discourages children from participating in our tours, although we realise it can sometimes be difficult given family circumstances. We therefore also have special colouring sheets for children about distilling. These focus on the technique of distilling, the biology of yeast and the health hazards of alcohol. While parents participate in the tour, children can enjoy themselves with this colouring sheet. This is how we try to give good expression to the NIX18 agreement, so that together we prevent young people under 18 from smoking and drinking!
No. We have no showers for campers, not at the campersite and nowhere else on the grounds. The restaurant toilets are available 24/7 for campers though.
A campersite costs 18.50 euros per night for 2 people, so 9.25 euros per person. This includes water, electricity and tourist tax. The breakdown is 13.50 euros per spot per night plus 2.50 euros per person per night tourist tax, so for more than 2 people an additional 2.50 euros per extra person is added.
No, you reserve and pay for the campersite in advance online. Without payment there is no booking and you will not receive a confirmation email.
Yes, water and electricity are free. Each spot has a blue CEE plug of 6A. There is no water tap on the spot itself, you tap water centrally at the service station. Wastewater outlets for dirty water and chemical toilets and waste collection are also free.
Yes. Camper guests receive 50% discount on the tour of the whisky distillery: 8.75 euros per person instead of 17.50 euros.
Camping Culinair is a culinary evening event at the campersite, approximately once a month on selected evenings. It costs 99.50 euros per person. This includes the campersite with electricity for the night of the event, a 4-course dinner and the matching pairing. The tour is not included: you can book it optionally for 10.00 euros per person.
At your own camper, in festival atmosphere, not in the restaurant. It is a 4-course dinner with matching pairing.
Yes you can, but that's a separate reservation: a regular campersite at the normal rate. Only the night of the event itself is included in the Camping Culinair ticket. If you don't have a camper, you can also book Camping Culinair separately.
No. The price of 99.50 euros per person includes the campersite with electricity for that night, the four-course dinner and the matching pairing. The tour of the whisky distillery is not included.
You can add it for 10.00 euros per person, a special rate for Camping Culinair guests. Let us know via the chat on this site or via info@buswhisky.com, then we'll add it to your reservation and bill you when you check in.
Tours start daily at 16:00 hours, on Saturday and Sunday also at 14:30 hours.
No. From 1 November to 31 March the restaurant is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday for walk-in guests, so also for camper guests. If you're staying with us on a Tuesday or Wednesday during that period, arrange your own food that evening.
From 1 April to 31 October the restaurant is open 7 days a week and you can join us for dinner every evening. Just make a reservation for a table.
