Yes, that's exactly our approach! In addition, we offer unlimited coffee/tea/soft drinks. And there are also plenty of power points for food trucks, stages and lighting. So go all out! :)
Outdoors it must be quiet by 10 pm because of neighbours. Indoors, it can continue as long as the vibe is good. There's no fixed closing time because you can also stay overnight.
Absolutely. 28 comfortable rooms with their own bathroom, plus 15 motorhome pitches. Ideal for long festival evenings.
Our venue is suitable for medium to large groups of up to around 500 people. Flexible indoor/outdoor arrangements are also possible.
No, Bus doesn't have an outdoor music license. And we, as well as our neighbours, like to keep it that way :) That's why our venue is perfect for daytime outdoors (food trucks/activities) and evening indoors (party)
Yes, central Brabant between Den Bosch/Eindhoven/Nijmegen. There's also plenty of (free) parking on-site.

Indoors, outdoors or both
A corporate festival can be fully outdoors, fully indoors or a combination of both. Outdoors during the day with food trucks and activities, then moving inside in the evening for a performance or party. We're happy to think along about routing, flow and layout, without taking over.

Stay overnight, no closing time, and even camping
Don't want your corporate festival to end right at its peak? It doesn't have to. At Bus Whisky Meeting & Events, staying overnight is possible and we don't work with a fixed closing time. Outdoors it needs to be quiet by 10 pm, but indoors the festival can continue as long as the vibe is good.
Guests can stay overnight in one of the 28 comfortable rooms on-site or opt for camping options with their own tent or motorhome. This makes the event more relaxed, more social and ensures no one has to rush or worry about transport.
From a long festival evening to a relaxed breakfast the next morning. That's when a corporate festival truly feels complete.
