Crafted from homegrown barley cultivated on the family estate, and proudly distilled using traditional methods. This edition matured exclusively in a Moscatel quarter cask, previously seasoned with the sweet, aromatic sherry from southern Spain.
The nose opens warm and inviting, with aromas of gooseberry, fresh thyme, and a subtle spiciness. On the palate, full-bodied notes of caramel and liquorice unfold, with a gentle hint of pinewood in the background. The medium-length finish is sweet and fruity, lingering with a fragrant touch of raisins.
