This exceptional edition has matured in a single Oloroso quarter cask that once held rich, dark sherry from southern Spain.
On the nose, it opens with lush tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, layered with deep aromas of ripe dates and a gentle hint of spice. The palate reveals the return of sweet tropical notes, complemented by touches of bay leaf and raisins. Its texture is smooth and elegant, offering a refined mouthfeel. The finish is medium-long, leaving traces of mango, liquorice, and ripe figs.
