This special edition matured in an Amontillado sherry cask that once held the fine, slightly nutty sherry from southern Spain.
On the nose, it reveals a gentle sweetness of ripe yellow fruits, accompanied by raisins. On the palate, tropical richness of mango takes the lead, balanced by a subtle bitterness of Earl Grey tea and liquorice. The medium-length finish unfolds fruity notes, liquorice, and a hint of oak that slowly fades away.
