Crafted from homegrown barley on the Bus family estate and distilled with artisanal pride. This special edition matured in an Amontillado sherry cask that once held the fine, slightly nutty sherry from southern Spain.
On the nose, it reveals a gentle sweetness of ripe yellow fruits, accompanied by raisins. On the palate, tropical richness of mango takes the lead, balanced by a subtle bitterness of Earl Grey tea and liquorice. The medium-length finish unfolds fruity notes, liquorice, and a hint of oak that slowly fades away.
