The cask: The purest expression of our philosophy: one single bourbon cask, followed, matured and bottled separately for five years. No blending, no correction — just the character of that cask. Every batch is unique, depending on the harvest and the cask, so every bottle tells its own story. The Cyanotype label graces this bottle too.
The tasting: Nose: warm, comforting aromas of grain, malt, hay and caramel. Palate: caramel and butter, young oak and floral notes. Sweet orange and dried fruit flavours develop slowly, alongside delicate liquorice, fresh figs and bittersweet chocolate.
The moment: For the collector and the connoisseur — every single cask batch exists only once.
